Our live virtual workouts blends expert knowledge from a licensed physical therapist in collaboration with a life-long athlete and fitness enthusiast to create an experience and community like you’ve never experienced.

COACH JACKIE
Hi, I’m Jackie. I’m a 44-year-old mom of 5. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I started sports at a young age and was a three sport athlete in high school. In college, I started my fitness journey as a way to stay in shape since sports wasn’t part of my daily routine. I ran my first half marathon in 2008 and since then have run several other half marathons and one full marathon (but never again). In 2012, I discovered Crossfit and that’s when I fell in love with pushing my limits; it completely changed how I trained. In 2014, I did my first Spartan Race where it combined my running background and functional fitness that I trained for in Crossfit. I continued to compete in the Spartan Race circuit competitively, landing me on the Spartan Pro Team. I traveled all across the country competing and ended up in a competition show on NBC about Spartan Racing.
I was a Registered Nurse for 8 years, now I am a business owner and a high school volleyball coach. I have taught fitness classes in my local and home gym for years. I have tried all the fitness fads; endless cardio, high intensity, complicated programs and what finally transformed my body and mindset about fitness was when I learned less is more and progressive strength training is key.
My mission is to help others skip the frustration and find what truly works for your body. Kyndahl and I want to help women get stronger, leaner, and more confident through simple, sustainable training. Skipping the fads and burnout.

COACH KYNDAHL
A LITTLE ABOUT ME, I HAVE BEEN AN ATHLETE MY ENTIRE LIFE. I PLAYED VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL THROUGHOUT GRADE SCHOOL BEFORE PLAYING COLLEGIATE BASKETBALL. MY TIME SPENT TRAINING TO PREPARE FOR SPORTS IS WHERE MY LOVE FOR FITNESS WAS BORN.
I GRADUATED UNDERGRAD WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN EXERCISE SCIENCE BEFORE ATTENDING ROCKY MOUNTAIN UNIVERSITY WHERE I RECEIVED MY DOCTORATE IN PHYSICAL THERAPY. MY PASSION FOR SPORTS LEAD ME TO PHYSICAL THERAPY WHERE I NOW PRIMARILY WORK WITH ATHLETES, RANGING FROM HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH PROFESSIONAL. STRENGTH TRAINING IS A HUGE PART OF MY LIFE BUT I HAVE DABBLED IN RUNNING, COMPLETING several half marathons and MY FIRST MARATHON IN 2025.
I GREW UP IN A TINY TOWN IN CENTRAL IDAHO WHICH MEANT WE HAD ONE GYM TO WORKOUT AT, UNLESS YOU HAD A HOME GYM OR KEYS TO THE HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT ROOM. We CREATED BUILT FITNESS WITH ALL OF YOU IN MIND, THE ONES IN THE CITY WHO WANT STRUCTURE AND EFFECTIVE TRAINING AND THE ONES IN SMALL TOWNS WITHOUT ACCESS TO A COMMUNITY OF MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS.
TODAY, I AM MY HAPPIEST, STRONGEST, AND TRUEST SELF. MY LIFE IS DEDICATED TO HELPING PEOPLE BECOME THE HEALTHIEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES AND NOT LETTING PAIN OR INJURIES SLOW THEM DOWN.

All memberships must be cancelled prior to your monthly billing date.

YOu can access your account right HERE. You’ll be able to view classes, mange your membership, and stay up to date with us.

Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final.

Memberships are $50/month. This is a recurring monthly membership and is billed once a month on the date you sign up. There is no minimum monthly requirement and can be canceled at any time prior to the billing date.
Package option: buy 5 months of classes and get 1 month free.

The on demand library will be uploaded within an hour of the completed live workouts.
The on demand library allows you to do the class whenever best suits you and your schedule. Access on demand library HERE.

45 minutes to 1 hour. We offer an optional mobility prior to each workout and cool down stretch at the end.
There will be 4 live classes each week. We will split the classes into upper, lower, full body, and cardio days.

You’ll need dumbbells for most classes, sometimes a chair or bench and booty band if you have it.
Modifications are always given if you do not have equipment readily available.
We built this to be home gym friendly but members can utilize gyms when completing the workouts.
